We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented inspectors to complete short, time-sensitive field inspections. This is not full-time work but an excellent way to supplement your existing work route. Inspections must be completed within 10 days, and some may require a second visit if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

As a contracted regulatory inspector, your role is to verify that others are meeting compliance requirements. That starts with ensuring your own work meets the required standards. Thorough and accurate documentation is required for every inspection. If key details—such as names, photos, or notes—are missing, you must follow up to complete the assignment. Incomplete inspections cannot be approved for payment, as missing information means we must assign someone else to redo the full inspection.

Become a Contracted Regulatory Inspector

Inspections are short but time-sensitive. Each must be completed within the period of the assignment (typically 10 days).

All inspections must be thoroughly documented with required details (names, photos, notes, etc.).

If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second visit may be required. To be counted as a legitimate attempt, proper documentation must be provided.

Partial or incomplete inspections cannot be approved for payment, as they must be fully redone.

This is not full-time work but is ideal for those who can incorporate inspections into their existing work route.

You should only apply if you can consistently complete assignments within the required timeframe.

Per federal regulations, contracted inspectors must:

Be a US Citizen
Pass a background check
Be willing to take a drug test, if required

To confirm you understand how to preserve meta-data on your mobile device and to activate location services, you must upload a photo of a piece of mail with your address visible. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding.

✅ Your photo should include:

A piece of mail showing your address (recent, not outdated).
Taken with a smartphone that has location services enabled.
Uploaded in its original, unedited format (do not edit or remove metadata).

❌ Your photo should NOT include:

Any sensitive personal information beyond your address (e.g., SSN, banking details).
Screenshots (must be a real photo taken with your phone).
Cropped, edited, or metadata-altered images.

To verify you have read all instructions, you must include a caption with your uploaded photo. Your caption should be:

I understand that:

Inspections must be completed within 10 days (unless otherwise noted), allowing time for two visits if necessary.
The work is not full-time but should be prioritized in my schedule.
If my coverage area changes, I must update my availability.
